Shipping

Most packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail (~3 day delivery).
Oversized/heavy items such as yoga mats may be shipped USPS or UPS ground (5-10 day delivery depending on service/destination).

All packages are insured for the full value of the order. Customer is responsible for filing claims on missing/damaged parcels, we will provide any information needed to do so. Customer is responsible for re-purchasing a replacement for such orders. We understand these situations are frustrating and disappointing (they are for us too!). Please be aware that as a business we have no more information or control over what happens to your package once it leaves our hands than you do as a customer. 

TOTEM is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages, please ensure your address is correct before completing your purchase. If your address is flagged as invalid we will reach out to you via phone or email associated with the order to verify before shipping. If we aren't able to reach you within 7 days the order will be shipped to the address entered. 

Made-To-Order Items 
A few items available online (Feather Earrings, Crystal Crowns, & certain jewelry items) are made to order and are shipped directly from the artist (also located in San Diego, CA). These items take a minimum of 2 weeks to ship as noted in the product's description. We often have a selection of similar one-of-a-kind pieces available in store, to inquire about our current selection please reach out to us via Instagram and we can share photos.

International Shipping is not available at this time. If you live abroad and see something you can't live without, you can Contact Us and we may be able to make an exception. Please be aware, shipping cost for most non-jewelry items  frequently exceeds the price of the item itself. Totem is not responsible for any additional import duties/ fees associated upon delivery of the package that are not made clear at time of purchase.
