Return Policy

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns of unused items with original tags and packaging intact for store credit only within 33 days of your purchase date. Order number must be provided with returned merchandise (found on emailed or texted receipt/order confirmation).

Sale items are final sale and are not eligible for returns.

Customer is responsible for return shipment. We recommend using a shipping courier with tracking services to ensure the delivery of your return.
Include your order number and any contact information associated with the order in return package. 
Credit will be issued in the form of an electronic gift card to the email address associated with your order. 

If an item in your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact customer service (totem@trilogysanctuary.com) within 5 days of delivery.
